Wrong flowers were delivered so I contacted them for an explanation. Instead of contacting me back first they contacted the recipient (without me knowing!) and organised for the wrong flowers to be picked up and a new bouquet delivered. I would've preferred Ammi to contact me first instead of the recipient as they were new parents and I didn't want them being inconvenienced. Not to mention this was during L3 lockdown where minimal contact as possible is preferred. I would never use or recommend them again purely because I did not like the fact they contacted the recipient instead of discussing with me why the wrong flowers were delivered. I would've liked to discuss what solutions there were.

Thanks to Ammi Floral Design my Valentine received a beautiful arrangement of roses exactly when I needed it to, they worked around a very busy schedule to make it happen, excellent service, I would definitely recommend.
Good timing for delivery, but the flower decoration which we received was different from their website’s picture. It come with a cheap plastic bag and tiny teddy bear ️
