We went to the Grill last night for dinner and found the Amora to have a really quite and nice dinning experience. The waitress was very polite and had a good understanding of the menu and wine list. The Food was to a high level , the Venison was the best i have had in any restaurant and we found the whole dinning experience very pleasant. The pricing is very good for the quality of the meals. Would recommend this place with out hesitation .

The bed was amazing.
Stayed at the Amora during a honeymoon trip to New Zealand. The manager very thoughtfully upgraded us to a Club room and left us a nice card and chocolates. All the hotel staff were exemplary in their politeness, friendliness, and helpfulness. The Club room was absolutely lovely, and really made our visit to Wellington a memorable one. I would heartily recommend the Amora.
We stayed here just before the quake. We requested a quiet room and they gave us a room with all the air conditioners based outside our window on the awning. Changed our room and then we had rattling windows thats weren't sealed. Gave up but they did try to accommodate us. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
I was invited here for a Chocolate experience event. Oh my. It was a lovely evening. The staff are so kind and courteous. I loved the atmosphere even if I didn't actually stay in the hotel. (I only live up the road) Lovely place.
Our suite was absolutely amazing! Huge & spacious. Helpful staff & great food. My wife & I stayed here back in 2012. The museum & a whole heap of restaurants on the pier are literally just across the road.
Big hotel in best location with everything you can expect. Nice big rooms and friendly staff. Car parking was closed and not mentioned on website. Better you check for alternatives upfront.
What a place to unwind and just take a moment to relax from our busy life's. Amora hotel does offer you the experience to do just that. Reasonable price and great service.
