Couldn't recommend higher. Hired a bunch of stuff for a small scale wedding and these guys were super accommodating and transparent with their communication and pricing. The stuff for hire is of the highest quality and looks really attractive when set up. Will 100% hire again!
Arch Hire is one of those rare companies that offers not only quality, beautiful items for hire but also exceptional customer service. My wedding fell on Wellington Anniversary weekend, so everything around the area was booked out. Bec was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful and she went beyond expectations, to ensure I could have what I needed. She genuinely is passionate about what she does and takes the time to get to know you and your requirements. She always communicated in a timely fashion, often replying to me after work hours. The team (Bec and Thom) at ARCH hire made our wedding day an absolute breeze. They we're great communicators leading up to the event and we were so impressed by their beautiful furniture. We didn't use table cloths as the tables were so stunning, making them great for an event with a simple, modern aesthetic. I would happily recommend ARCH to anybody planning a wedding or event. We loved working with them!!!
