Your office needs a telephonist/receptionist who can answer questions for the public. None of your voice message choices had anything whatsoever to do with my query which is very frustrating! I also see renewals need to be done online these days too therefore presuming there is no passport office in Wellington any longer???

I'm stunned at how rude the operator was. It was so awful it was weirdly funny. Also, the phone system is beauracracy at its worst.
