Dear Mr. Davis, ' I am informing you and Mr. Tennent that with the copies I have of your documentation, which I can now read, and the copy of the CD, which I have had in my possession for a number of years, of the telephone recorded messages to your officer from me, I can now demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt, that you misrepresented me and perjury yourself in the Court of Appeal and presented an illegally manufacture phone message . I can also demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt, that Mr. Tennent colluded with you (tricked me into signing the waiver). Mr. Tennet ensured I had no knowledge that you were going to testify at the hearing or play the shockingly corrupt telephone message to the Court of Appeal Judges (felons). The corrupted message claiming I admitted assaulting Mr. Oakshield. A message you manufacture when I appealed Judge Dohert's Judgment and was honest that you asserted to me that you couldn't summons my witnesses because of the Privacy Act. Moreover, I have copies of your documents' and Mr. Tennet's documents, which you both state you choose not to summons my key witnesses at both hearings, witnesses who would of rebutted, beyond a reasonable doubt, the testimony of Mr. Mark Oakshield.
