My doctor was great, I saw him for about five years. The administration team however were the obnoxious and terrible to deal with. They misplaced a payment and hounded me for proof that I payed for months. They wouldn’t respond to my emails but would send out fresh invoices. I advised them several times that I had paid on the day but they failed to keep their own records. I paid, they lost the record of payment and expected me to prove I had paid. I was patient for over around 6 years and they prioritised 19 over my continued business. I’m the end I chose to pay and move on. I would strongly advise against using this clinic.

Had been a patient at City GPs for over five years! Good for minor issues such as head cold, flu etc that heals by itself, for anything that needs real treatment, go elsewhere! Don't for a sec believe Doctors don't lie just because they had taken an oath, they do, just like your plumber, for a few extra bucks! Otherwise, the only explanation for my experience would be, these are bunch of incompetents!

The stars are for the nurses and ladies at reception. Thank you for helping me everytime I go there. I give 1 star for doctor he's nice but sadly, I won't recommend him. He didn't listen and ignored what I was telling him, re: hearing, vertigo, pain by ears etc... He said see a Psychologist and learn "coping skills". My support was with me, she saw Doctor ignored what I was telling him, what I was doing through. He's hearing but not listening. It seems he prefers putting "See Psychologist" instead of listening. He said I don't need treatment for ear pain, hearing sensitive etc... He didn't do anything to help me and when my family talked to him, he said I was ok and there's nothing wrong. I guess he was confused. With me he said I need to learn coping skills and see Psychologist. Really? I wonder how many clients he put into "see Psychologist" instead of help and find out exactly what's wrong using symptoms told to him. Anyway, he didn't do anything to help me. I was left with the pain, ear sensitive hurt, vertigo etc... I went to see the dentist because the pain by my right ear has getting more, become more sensitive, I get headaches, my balance was off and my entire face hurts. It turned out my teeth and my jaw needs treatments (TMJ) like splint, jaw exercises. The jaw specialist said the pain, hearing issues, vertigo, sensitivity and pain we're part of the jaw. Good thing, I went to Dentist otherwise I'd be putting up with these issues. This City GPs doctor said "see a Psychologist and learn coping skills" really? Sadly, I feel this Doctor at City's is not so good I won't recommend him to anybody. Update: I left City GPs and I have a new doctor. I saw him last week It seems the City GPs doctor is retiring now. Hmmm

I've been enrolled with city GPs for a long time and every time I went there the need to change clinic was growing stronger. It took me 3 years to finally get a referral to a spinal specialist. For 3 yearsI've been receiving a comment "people live with chronic back pain, would you like some more pain relief medications". It costs me 67 dollars each time to see a doctor for a rushed 15 minutes appointment. Not even once have I had an appointment on time and receptionists are extremely rude. AVOID CITY GPs AT ALL COSTS!! I am now with a different clinic and much happier with my current health provider.

Polite and efficient receptionist - when I phoned the surgery I was provided with a number of next available appointment choices, and on attending, the receptionist was pleasant and courteous. Appropriate environment - the reception and the GP consulting room was clean and tidy. Both provided adequate space and were fit for purpose. Professional and effective GP - for both my two recent appointments I was seen on time. The GP was thorough and provided time for me to give a history of my presenting condition. He undertook the required examination/observations; gave a clear description of the diagnosis and treatment options; provided clear and pertinent health advice; his prescribed treatment was effective and appropriate. I am someone who is not particularly comfortable going to the GP, but these consultations were relaxed, addressed my concerns and were beneficial. Many thanks.

I have been to City GPs twice and both times completely met my expectations of a good practice. The practice itself looks nice and modern. The receptionists are all really friendly and competent, and so were the two doctors that I have seen. They listened to my problems and took everything I said into consideration, and I didn't feel rushed through the appointment at all.
