The two guys sent out were absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, efficient and careful, especially considering the not-so-ideal property access. They made the whole moving process totally seamless, which was greatly appreciated. HIGHLY recommend.

The super efficient team from Cool Moves made my relocation super easy. Friendly guys, very professional and careful. Managed to pack the truck for one load and unpacked with ease at the other end. Very adept at twisting and turning furniture through the usual Wellington eclectic architecture, right angles and steps ) Arrived right on time. Great having real professionals working on the job - certainly made my life easier.
Very good moving company. The 3 x guys who moved us back into our house were excellent. They were very efficient and just got stuck in and got the job done very fast. The South African guy at the company is very friendly and helpful too, not so much the other guy Steve
We had a fantastic experience with Cool Moves, probably right in the middle of their peak moving time! The team were friendly and fast, and moved a three bedroom house from Hataitai to Ngaio in exactly 2 hours. Everything was cared for and the guys even navigated some pesky stairs inside the new house! Thanks cool moves, will definitely use again

The three guys who came to do my move were friendly, careful with my belongings, and worked swiftly. They also had good banter! Made moving day a breeze. Highly recommend.
Tried to make a booking, The person I spoke to cut me off rudely, mid-sentence to give me information that I didn't want and was not relevant. Can not recommend, there are plenty of other moving services in Wellington that are much, much better.
