Don is a real gentleman who was easy to communicate with and provided a concise building report. It doesn't have pictures of every single moisture reading like some of them do, but does indicate how many he took and that there were no problems indicated. Similarly there are photos of the handful of things we could fix around the property rather than every corner of the building. It's clear from speaking to him that he has the decades of experience to recognise a real problem if there was one to find. Thanks for coming on such short notice to help us out, Don!

Would highly recommend Don. Did a thorough inspection of the home we we looking to inspect, provided a detailed report with consultation for a very reasonable price. He answered all questions and went above an beyond to help us when some issues were raised. Don knows his stuff, very happy customers.
