I find this Auction House Very rude and arrogant. I dropped off item for auction in September. Noticed it was not in the catalogue. Called to see what happened.. Was told by fine arts consultant "Oh, didn't someone call you?" (no one had), They said my item had too high a reserve (I had previously sold a very similar item for a higher amount at Art And Object in Auckland). No one bothered to call and suggest I lower reserve. Went to pick up item, no apology, no communication. Will try to find friendlier auction house.

First time customer to bid at the company's Antiquarian book auction as an absentee bidder, easy to do, great follow up on email when successful at auction and Rebecca assisted in arranging courier of the package which arrived in only two days. Thanks for a no hassle great experience. A bonus was the book was signed by the author on the preface page.
