Very friendly staff. Small store so limited range but service makes up for it

I've always enjoyed this store since I was a kid but the staff need to be friendlier and customer focussed. Today I went into the store and patiently waited for one of the workers to serve me so I could ask a question. When one did serve me and he said he didn't know the answer to my question as he was the wrong person to ask (about one of their stock on hand), he laughed and left mid convo and left me standing there. Am not happy and if it had not been for the store itself then I would've rated it one star.

Very nice cozy place but its obvious trying to keep cost down with one one staff. At least the two times I've been there. At least the selection is quite good for the size of the store ie small.

Great Store! Been going there ever since I was young to buy ps2 games. Used to know all the staff by name lol. New staff is just as nice and helpful too! Great little store!

Helpful staff and a wide variety of games. A fair amount of collector's items as well. Overall, a great place for PC, XBox and PlayStation games as well as accessories.
