The Funeral Directors Association of NZ (FDANZ) is a voluntary membership based organisation of funeral directing companies who together carry out approximately 80% of the funerals in New Zealand. The core functions of FDANZ are lobbying the government around issues affecting grieving families, increasing standards in the industry, providing support and guidance to member firms and increasing the public’s understanding of the value of a funeral.
