I love bubble tea and we stop at Gong Cha on Manners a lot. What I like about this location was there self ordering model. The person behind the counter could focus on making drinks while we all took our time getting our orders right. Service was faster this way!

Had to wait a little bit for our drinks (around 10-15 mins), but I actually found that the staff member that served us was friendly. Drinks were nice too. Very refreshing

Drinks are refreshing and staffs are friendly. However, the waiting time for the drinks is a bit long since the store is always busy and there is only one staff serving at a time.
