I took my daughter (age 6) here yesterday to buy invitations and a little toy for her. We had a look around and choose the invitations, then went to the front of the shop to look at the toys. The man behind the counter was watching us and, granted my daughter was picking up the toys to see what they did, but, instead of asking us if we needed any help he said 'do you have money'. I thought he was joking and smiled, then it dawned on me that what he meant was buy something or get out. Lovely! What amazing customer service! I put down my shopping and walked out. Needless to say we won't be back.
