Products are fantastic, quick shipping and always happy to answer any of my questions or help I may need with my items... Thanks so much guys here's to many more years of business

Do not engage, at all. The owner runs the place like a dictatorship - he hates his customers and hates his neighbours. Runs this commercial operation in a residential neighbourhood and parks work vehicles in residential parking spots - is aggressive and untoward if you do not agree with his actions. Do not expect any customer service or anything positive from this business.
Horrible service, abused by the owner who acts like he runs a kingdom not a buisness.... recently tried to add charges AFTER i made an online purchase, apparently due to him being too lazy to change the prices on his website, when challenged i was told "if you dont like how i run things you can consider your account shut". I am currently awaiting responses from various consumer protection agencies.... i am also an online media personality so i will be sure to spread the word of my experience. regardless of how they operate their online service their face to face image has alot to be desired.... read all the bad reviews its all about the same thing an arrogant owner being more than rude!
These guys are complete rude a-holes and need some lessons in customer service. Never been there before, were recommended to go and check it out as we wanted to purchase some heat transfer vinyl. We were immediately told that we needed an appointment to be there and so were basically told to f#*% off and couldn't get us out of there fast enough. They list their business and give a street address so automatically we thought we could go in and hopefully make a connection for future business. Not to be! We will stay with the suppliers we know and never subject ourselves to this kind of "customer service" again. I will also be warning everyone else not to go there! Only put 1 star because there wasn't a 0 star option.
went to their listed street address during their listed opening hours available on their website in the hopes of purchasing some heat transfer vinyl in person, only to be met by two men who were immediately dismissive, aggressive and seemed to want us gone as soon as possible. Gave no indication of why we weren't welcome to converse or enquire about their products other than it wasn't 'procedure'. Any explanation would have been great. Plenty of chances for a normal conversation, but instead the worst customer service I have ever received.

I totally agree with the Maddy and Sean. These people need to fix their attitude problems. I wouldn't give them any stars if there was an option.
