Hey I sent my IRD form 2 weeks ago and receive nothing. What can I do?

Where I can make an appointment for applying an IRD number? Can I go to here to apply an IRD number if I don't make an appointment in advance?

I think they need more staff and also they send me emails about contacting them because I haven’t filed a IR3 even though I have already done that and received my refund....also takes a long time to get your donations tax...they need a more efficient system. Or more training for the staff...but I don’t know the ins and outs as I don’t know what they do I’m sure there is probably a reason.

Excellent customer service. I went online to apply for IRD, and the details are unclear. Which we went to the office. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Clearly explained what we have to do.

You need more call center staff. I have letters in My IRD telling me really important things but I had no contact or physical letters, just notes sitting in my IRD waiting for the day I just happen to check it. I need to talk to someone about it but my call can't be connected and you don't even have a call back system. Very frustrating and unhelpful.

We visited the IRD office (on 13th Jan 2020 around 12.30pm) because we were confused with some of online service options. The lady and gentlemen were so helpful and nice, they explained to us the difference and helped us to complete the form on the spot. We flu over from Aus to sort out these paperwork and we are so glad that we went to the IRD office in person. Thank you so so much!
