Excellent central location, and a well kept building, although a little on the smaller side for a dine-in store. Standard fare for a KFC restaurant, and as usual, the busier the store the higher the likelihood that your chicken may be soggy due to having less chance to change the oil in the fryers so best to go within the first hour of business so you get the best chicken pieces cooked well.

Plenty of spare tables when we arrived but the going-home pedestrians soon filled the place. I chose the Special Slider box - the cashier asked lots of questions to see I got the food I wanted. The food was tasty although the lettuce was a little wilted, a problem of the weather not being good for veges over January perhaps. Plenty of serviettes are available on the tables to cope with that "finger lickin" flavour. I haven't been to KFC for a while so this was my first experience of the electronic tracker for friends order.

Situated in a very convenient area. Food quality is as expected. Security guard enjoys having a random yarn while watching others eat.

Usually I have good experiences at this KFC. Sometimes the chips are average but i was always happy to go back until today. The server substituted something in my meal.. no big deal I said that doesn't work for me and I was offered a refund all good. The server wasn't quite sure on how to complete the refund so asked her duty supervisor for help. The duty supervisor CJ was incredibly rude to her worker talking down to her treating her like an idoit when she should have patiently coached her on how to complete the process. I felt so sorry for the poor girl having to work with a supervisor like that. Also as a customer the rude supervisor should have acknowledged me and apologised for the delay. No employee should be treated like that ever. Chips were good tho.
