I arranged an afternoon consult, took time off work and no one showed up or called. I sent an email follow- up and a week later still have not received a reply. Totally useless, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their loss too, as was looking to outfit an entire house. Try Window Treatments instead if looking for professional service.

Same experience as many others here we booked to have someone give a quote and on 2 occasions they cancelled within an hour of the appointment stating the person was sick (2 different people both got sick within an hour of the appointment- really?).

The shop on Johnsonville Rd Wellington doesn’t exist - empty shop. Just wasted an hour of my time coming to look at options. Call centre (Auckland) is mostly engaged.
