Was told a nurse would call me back in the morning at 11am, called back at 1pm when she was busy, called back at 3pm and was told to come to the clinic at 430pm. Text confirmed at 4pm said to come 445. Arrived at an empty clinic on time, was then left to wait 15 minutes, other patient was left to wait 45m after her scheduled time was also changed at the last minute. Then the doctor only sent 1/3 prescriptions to my chemist so I was unable to retrieve my medicines.

These guys don't hide the fact they're a profit-making business first and foremost - my appointments and any communication are abruptly cut at 15min sharp, with one doctor literally asking me to stop talking as my "time was up". I was mis-diagnosed twice with generic/vague diagnosis which took several months to recover from. One of the doctors told me to "stop chasing normality" i.e. give in to the condition and accept the daily pain/discomfort, which is probably the most defeatist thing I was ever told in my entire life. I did not stop 'chasing normality' and am on my way feeling 100% having seen another GP. Behind the thin veneer of politeness and civility these guys are there for one thing only

I had very bad experience in Miramar Medical Centre with Dr Karen Mason. Somehow she seemed a bit down during the conversation. Maybe she just had a bad day? She didn't really look at me or try to interact with me for the whole time, showing no empathy. She was NOT even listening to what I was saying because her assumptions about my condition was obviously contradicted with what I just told her two minutes ago. After I pointed it out, she didn't seem to be sorry at all and said "but you said you were.....when I asked you the question." Like, I was shocked because that conversation she mentioned never happened. I definitely didn't give her the answer because she didn't ask. Also, when I said I was not sure about where my pain came from, she looked like very annoyed. But honestly why would I even go to a doctor if I can figure out everything. Overall, it made me feel so terrible for almost a week. I have been bothered by my problem for a while and seeing the doctor just made it worse.

Changed surgeries from Miramar to one closer to home but very quickly changed back again. Awesome surgery.

Nurses, Admin and Doctors have all provided exceptional, professional service. Some of the time I have been too distressed that I couldn't talk, but admin took care of everything and soon a Dr was there to aid my very distressed breathing. I would highly recommend registering here if you are looking for a GP. Good Health to you

Extremely unprofessional, I was always on time for my appointment but the Dr could not give me the same courtesy 15 to 30 minutes late every time. They also don't keep notes on medications or illnesses so you're at square one every appointment, if you like paying to be disrespected and have your time and money wasted then this is the GP for you.

I've been with this medical centre since I was a young child, have even moved quite a distance away. Very professional and approachable staff, and if my usual GP is unavailable I'm comfortable being seen by another doctor at the centre.

I'm very disappointed before i left over 2 years ago for Middle East and Europe doing Volunteer work for MSF( doctors with out borders ) in Iraq with 300,000 kurdish refugees before working in Greece and are still here. I donated about 300 in cleaning products to medical center before i left, i sent a Email needing medical advice for me and this email was sent to manager so reception replies...... Thank you for your repeat prescription request which will be processed within two working days.
