There is a huge parking lot on the top of the hill, so the only steps you have to take are the last few to the very top with the 360’ view. But it is a better experience to walk up on your feet obviously. There is a lot of information on the history of what you are looking at and overall it is definitely a must visit in Wellington as you have all city on the palm of your hand

A great lookout overseeing the City & the Airport. It’s extremely windy up there & be careful. The drive up to there is very narrow & winding. Be careful when driving.

The roads to get up there are skinny but the view is amazing!

The best panoramic view of Wellington. No admission fee. The car goes up to the summit and the place is disabled friendly. Really good place for a sunny day picnic.

Great view all around the Windy City! Spot the wind turbines to the west, the ferries to the east, the jet planes to the south, and the mountains to the north! The beautiful city, harbour and hills of the Kiwi capital city. Make sure that Mt Victoria the first place you visit in Wellington!

I went when it was really quiet, so was really nice. You definitely want to pick good weather, it is very exposed up there
