I will give 0 if I can. Terrible communication and non professional. I won’t get them for selling houses or handling my property if I have one. Couple months late for bond lodgment when tenant changes. Finally lodged bond when I told them a couple times. Months after my flatmate departure, she finally receives her refund for her car park bond and the money after subsided the early termination of the rent. Contacted them couple times for renewing contract with my new flatmate and no responses. Didn’t turned up for inspection and always late to do their paper work so my old flatmate struggled to get bond back from my new flatmate. Didn’t show up to give us the key for the first day we were at the flat. Unsure who is the person for managing their account. They just never able to find the payment even that you’ve paid. Experienced twice. Maybe change an accountant?....

I have had the pleasure of having Melinda Malcolm as my property manager over the past year and I had to write a review because I have experienced such great service, communication and kindness in my life. Melinda supported me from day one, always having a smile on her face and quick to answer any questions I had. Me and my flatmates all felt she was so lovely to chat to even at viewings and inspections. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Melinda as there property manager I hope they appreciate her as much as I have. Really bad customer service - poor management, very unprofessional. Tried to raise my rent for 20 multiple times, without checking my contract at all. Made me leave my apartment. Was late 4 weeks to lodge my bond details to tenancy service. Absolutely appalling service. Would not sugest to deal with this company.

I’ve been living in a Nice Place property for a little over a year now and it’s been lovely. Like any house, there’s always ups and downs, but Keith and his crew have always been good with communication and resolution to our biggest problems. As someone who’s moved here from America I can honestly say that this has been the best house I’ve stayed in. In light of recent news of the current renting market, I want to especially point out that I really trust Nice Place to create a wonderfully nice place to live in.
