Good service for small jobs.
We worked with Shannon to get 1700 laser cut mat board badges for a conference. We didn't exactly know what we were doing, but she made it all so easy for us and talked us through the process. We got everything finished on time. They are the bee knees.
I first learned about Ponoko when I ordered some Wild Gears sets and was very impressed by the quality of the product. When I began using their service to prototype something I've been wanting to make for years (namely, a Digicomp I), I discovered that every aspect of their service is excellent and better than I could have hoped. Every aspect of their service is excellent - the easy and well documented process offered by the Ponoko website and the excellent quality of the laser cutting itself. Every iteration of my design was produced and shipped rapidly and at a very reasonable cost. I'm very happy with the Digicomp I widget I ended up building and I would definitely use Ponoko again for any future project involving laser cutting.
