Absolutely awful recruitment agency. Non responsive. Ignores after numerous emails asking why I’m being completely ignored for jobs that exactly match my skills and previous experience. Elizabeth Taylor is one to watch out for with her incredibly unprofessional communication and would rather avoid contact to potential candidates that are genuinely asking why they’re being ignored rather than grow a pair and tell them. Amelia also answered the phone for Elizabeth when she wasn't available. Asking intriguing questions about reasons why I didn’t get other jobs, why you left, was it due to health reasons etc. And then went on to tell me to message Elizabeth so I literally told her all this personal information for nothing. I then went on to email back to Elizabeth, multiple times, and was from then on ghosted. Incredibly uncomfortable. Don’t trust this god awful recruitment agency they’re a bunch of clowns.

Very poor communication. Non-responsive and have to be chased up. Send out incorrect information and cannot keep to timelines. Unreliable and irresponsible and I would never use them by choice. Sorry, but cannot recommend Randstad and suggest looking elsewhere if you want your recruitment process to go reasonably smoothly.

I am very happy with her service working for randstad in Wellington CBD. She’s incredible and I am now placed in an incredible company because of her incredible work ethics.
