Absolutely fantastic team to deal with. Our initial consultation with Tim was very thorough and gave us confidence that they understood how we lived and what we needed. The installation of our ducted heat pump took place over 4 days. Particular attention was taken in positioning the vents as unobtrusively as possible. The team were a delight to have in our house - hard workers and so polite. Never had such tidy and clean workmen. Fabulous post installation care. Highly recommended

Tim came over to give us a quote after office hours as it was the only time we were both home. He asked multiple questions to ascertain what our needs were exactly and to ensure we were getting the correct unit size. The guys came and installed the unit in a timely and efficient manner and explained all the things we needed to know and showed us how to use the unit the most efficiently and explained why. They showed us how to care for the unit, including the outside unit and recently came and gave us a free one year check and clean. I have recommended these guys to everyone who is thinking of putting in a heat pump.

Wellington Refrigeration installed a ducted heat pump for us a few weeks ago. Very friendly staff with a lot of product knowledge. Incredibly high quality work and they also tidied up after themselves every day so no mess was left behind. Really felt they went above and beyond to deliver for the customer. Great company.
I just had my heat pump serviced by Wellington Refrigeration and they did a great job. They were good about communicating when they would arrive, and they left me with my heat pump looking and working much better than it did when they arrived. The person who came even put back wooden framing that sits around the outdoor part of my heat pump, which I really appreciated.
Great service from Wellington Refrigeration Ltd! Installation in my L4 apartment required some thought re where to locate both the heat pump and the unit! Creative problem solving: pump on one external wall - with tidy boxed duct running along a roof beam to enable unit to be located on my deck on the other side of the room - with elegant purpose built housing of unit minimising intrusion in that external space. Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic! Right through from quoting to installation they were quick, efficient and friendly. I was super impressed that they could (and did) install my two heat pumps in one day. Would definitely recommend these guys!
