Staff aren't reluctant to inform you they're understaffed and prioritise trade business, casual walk-ins seem to be a nuisance. The *ring the bell for service* arrangement should've been left in the 90s. The manager will take calls on his mobile midst serving you and not care much when indicated it has been a bit long and you will be leaving now. The 3 stars stand because the products are still available if you're willing to play their game - also, I haven't seen the paint expert in a while, assuming he's still there he's very knowledgeable and an absolute asset to the overall underwhelming operation.

Absolutely as useless as every other Repco store in NZ, went to get an "emergency windshield"... you know for when you break your windscreen... Repco staff?.. "Hmmm? No we don't have any, but we've had three enquiries for that very thing this week"... last I looked you guys were an automotive company!.. Maybe concentrate on core automotive supplies rather than toys and other over-priced junk!
