I've come to realise they took advantage of my ignorance as a new rider, giving bad advice and performing 'maintenance' which leaves me and my bike worse for wear in the long run. I brought my second hand bike to them to "fix any problems they can find", which not only did they fail to fix or even mention the slack chain, old brake fluid, speedometer off by 10%, or seized rear brake (all of which I was aware of through the previous owner's maintenance receipts, which this team told me they didn't need), all they ended up doing was unnecessary, incomplete, or damaging, and charged me a fat 415 for it: • Replaced the engine oil, filter, and spark plug, all of which were a month old and 600kms short of brand new. • Applied copper grease to rubber joints (see picture). Copper grease is not a lubricant and causes rubber to decay! They should have used red rubber grease. • Lubricated three of the joints that need regular lubricating, which is less than half the job. • Used a wet lubricant in the keyhole, which attracts dirt and once washed away by rain leaves the dirt to seize the keyhole (which it did, thank you for that problem) - they should have used a dry lubricant like graphite. • Advised aggressively under-inflating the tyres as "the manufacturers don't know what they're talking about". Following this advice would cause the tyres to wear out faster. • Sold me gloves they recommended should be a size larger than what is comfortable as "they will shrink with use". Haha, they do not, and now the extra length on my fingertips get in the way of the controls. Yeah nah I don't recommend them.

At first when selling to you the staff are friendly and happy to help. Although, once you have to come back for servicing or help, the staff become very rude and impolite as if it is an inconvenience to be asking them for help. Products are good, staff are bad. Would not come back for further servicing or repairs for my motorbike.
