I was not happy with the service. Told my mac could not be upgraded, this is not true. The price of parts was excessively over and above recommended retail prices.

Would've given more stars if it wasn't for the security screws which were left out after the battery replacement on an iPhone. However, the service technician was quick to notice and went out their way to rectify the issue after hours(over the weekend). Therefore, I would still recommend, but make sure the item serviced is complete.

Took iPhone 6s to get battery replaced. Came back with many scratches on top and bottom of chassis, damage that was not there beforehand. Very annoying as phone was immaculate before battery replaced. Serviceplus not accept they caused damage. Just said I must've not noticed it and that it "was always there". Will never use again and would not recommend to others. Very disappointed.

Have had my headphones and iPhone repaired with them covered under apple warranty. Fast service and great communication from staff. Would recommend!

TOTALLY USELESS. You would be shocked to see the variation in service level compared to other service providers. Took my iphone to get fixed which was under warranty. This is what i get: 1. The front desk guy without diagnosing starts making judgments about the problem. 2. Asks to come back or wait for 2 hours for him to finish his own diagnosis. ALL OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS DIAGNOSE IN 5 mins. 3. When asked to get a loan phone wants a deposit of 600. NO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER charges this. 4. When agreed to pay the deposit, asks to wait for another hour to process everything. I got my iphone fixed and replaced without any hassles or deposit from ConnectNZ. My friend got the same level of service from another service provider in Wellington. But these people add their own procedures on top of their contractual agreement with Apple. BEWARE!

Fixed my 2015 MacBook Pro quickly. I'm surprised and glad they were able to get the parts. Kept updating on the status of the repair via email and their website. Customer service reps on their emails are very kind and helpful.
