Worst costumer service ever!!!! I arrived at time, but nobady in the counter giving the "boarding pass", finally I lost the flight, without any explanation. If you are smart please don't take this airline!!
The best airline for short flights in NZ! I have flown Soundsair twice in the past 6 months, and I recommend it to all of my friends and coworkers. It is the smoothest flying experience I have ever had, since you don’t have to deal with 100 other people getting on a plane at once. It’s just you with 12 or so other people, and the planes are small but very comfortable. The pilots and desk agents are always very nice, and the flights are short and enjoyable. I will definitely be flying with them again.
Great service on time, that’s all that’s needed.Will be using sounds air again.
