A not so hidden gem on Tinakori Road. Just a short 10 - 12 minute walk from the Sofitel Hotel on Bolton Street. Try a tasting tray just to get a feel for the beers and ciders on offer. But the pick of the bunch for the ladies... was the 'Grown up Lemonade'. For me, the Porter was a stand out. Grab yourself a fishbite sandwich and some curly fries. Job done. We'll be back for sure.

Nice pub and good beer but have seen a few incidents of the female owner berating staff infront of customers, its completely out of order. They seem to go through staff quite quickly and it makes sense if thats how they treat them. They have lost some lovely and great bar peoole over the past few months. Wont be coming back.

English style pub with a cosy front bar and a nice spacious outdoor area. A great range of beers Spring and Fern beers available on tap. Owners were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The bar has a strong local vibe, a great playlist and a good food menu. Bonus that the serve pints and reasonable prices.
