The Apple Guy in Manners Street has been suporting us now for two years and their services are 1st rate. They are not hungry to charge for every single minute for the occasional small problem. But when it really matters they come up trumps every time. Well done Guys we love your whole service program.

Despite what they lead on they are NOT an official Apple repairer, got a cracked screen replaced a month ago, didn’t even drop it and cracks started appearing within 2 weeks as well as obvious white flaws in the screen. Tried to take it back as it was under warranty but they said I caused it and they would not replace. I would avoid this place the fake parts they use are very low quality. Don’t waste your time.

Very impressed, and very quick turn around. I requested to have the hard drive in my iMac replaced with an SSD drive, and the folks at the Apple Guy did a really fine job doing the work. My iMac now runs like brand new!

Got a battery for an iPhone replaced. It didn't work. Took it back and they replaced it again with no trouble at all. Good customer service. Would recommend.
