I've been to a lot of ultra events and this one takes the cake for me. From a runner's perspective, the organisation of the event is outstanding and the trail itself is something truly special - incredibly challenging with the terrain and elevations coupled with so many quintessentially beautiful NZ coastal vistas to reward your hard graft along the way. My perfect day out
