Ticketek needs to pack up and leave New Zealand. They have zero respect for the customer and do not behave in a way that as New Zealanders we deserve. I have tried for 4 months to contact them through various channels. It might be hard times with COVID but it doesn't give a company the right to keep customers money and never have to deal with them again. Shame on you Ticketek. As customers we all need to contact the companies/bands that use Ticketek directly, pass on our concerns and recommend they find a company that can do business in a responsible capacity and with respect.

I bought tickets for Faith No More in Christchurch. Eventually the concert was postponed for a year due to COVID-19. I asked for refund. It's been more than 2 months now. They just ignore my request. They took money and don't return it back. They are just scammers.

Absolutely hopeless "service", they take your money in an instant, but claim it takes 30 days to refund you. If you contact them, you receive an automated response saying they'll get back to you, but they never ring back. Their phone service is terrible, if you can ever get through to a human.

Terrible time trying to get a refund from this lot. Can NEVER get hold of anyone through any avenue, their call centre closes at 4pm each day. I think the Commerce Commission might be my next contact.

No one answers their phone line, it just hangs up on you and tells you to go online. Then online it tells you to call them. Frustrating.

Turned up at Wellington ticketec and nobody was there no signs to tell you where they were or anything had to buy tickets online tried to ring and went straight to answering machine saying it was closed even though Google maps said it was open. confused ?
