Make sure you don’t leave anything behind in a bus!! I lost my gym bag, called them 4 times, left voicemails - nothing, crickets. A friend said go to the depot in Lyall”. Went to the metlink “sorry that busline is a different company”. Called metlink to figure out where the bloody entrance of Tranzit was. Ended up on the phone with someone from comms because “you sound quite frustrated”. A guy ended up opening the depot door and said: “we are not open in the weekends”. Great. when am I supposed to pick up my stuff then?! People work! And I don’t even know if it’s there because you don’t return my calls! My bag was there - but without the Lululemon shirt or the Nike shoes...
I used Tranzit for a end of year work function to drive all our staff to multiple places for the day. The process from the beginning from dealing with Emma at customer services with make the booking and quote, to the driver to the accounts lady Susi, were lovely to deal and had exceptional customer service. They were also the best price out of a few quotes we requested from multiple bus companies. Thank you Tranzit staff, it's people like you who continue to make businesses strive, your managers should be very grateful :)
Staff were very helpful
Bugger. Ended up working for 4 weeks to help them out at start of new contract. Might do a few days now & again

Went on a day tour around the wineries near Martinborough today with our driver Naomi, a fabulous day. We felt very special as there was only two of us on the tour and Naomi provided lots of info about the area and took the time to explain things, a really terrific day!
