Had my first treatment for prominent, hereditary dark circles with Bernadette yesterday. It has already made a huge difference in my dark circles, which have become more noticeable as I've gotten older. I really appreciated the service I received from Bernadette. Professional, caring and very skilled, I have taken on all of her suggestions and will be booking a series of treatments over the coming several months. Thank you so much it is wonderful to look in the mirror and feel so much better about the face you see looking back at you.

Varicose vein laser removal with Dr L Smith. It was not a bad procedure, quite painful near the end. Stuff friendly, sometimes little too casual talking personal stories like I wasn't there, but seemed professional overall. I had to get a second treatment as the veins didn't close properly the first time. Since the first treatment I have large PERMANENT brown bruises on both legs. Have been told it will disappear in 1-2 years. Its been over 4 years now and its still there. At the time I have been also misinformed about few details, have been told they will target some of the smaller veins during the second treatment, but that didn't happen and been told I need to pay that separately. Otherwise, the place is nice and clinic stuff friendly. I understand every body reacts differently, however I wouldn't go there again.
I have been coming to see the lovely staff here for over 10 years for various treatments and procedures, and they have always been outstanding with the level of quality medical expertise and care. The results are always fantastic and every time I walk away, I feel amazing. They always talk me through the process for any treatment and set expectations. I highly recommend the team here for the best results.
I went for my first ever Botox injections and found the staff to be extremely professional and their experience was obvious from beginning to end. They were extremely friendly and explained everything to me as they went which I found very reassuring. I was so pleased with the results I will be back for follow up appointments for sure. I have also been back for a hair removal procedure and will also go back for some repeat procedures. I can't express what a wonderful experience it was to visit this lovely clinic with friendly staff from the ladies in reception to the lovely nurses I highly recommend this wonderful clinic.
I have been coming to Vein & Skin Clinic for several years to have IPL and skin treatments on red marks on my face from age and wind etc as I am very fair. The results are brilliant and the results mean I don't have to use concealer or thick foundation, which is preferable as I am now 50 and don't want to wear thick face makeup. Juanita has treated me through this process and I find her to be extremely qualified and knowledgeable. She is very caring and professional and has a lovely personality too. I would highly recommend this clinic and feel it is one of the most qualified and professional clinic in the area.
The receptionist is very kind and professional and will greet you promptly when you walk in. Can I say the clinic is beautifully decorated and makes you feel so luxurious being there. Paige is a highly talented injectables nurse who performed lip filler on me after i had previous lip work done elsewhere, which had caused permanent damage. She talked me through different types of filler options and described which would be best for me and ultimately lets you decide together! The result was smooth and beautiful full lips, with minimal discomfort and swelling. Amazing, and she truly values her clients! I had also had Hyaluronidase treatment through Bernadette to dissolve the lumps left in my lips from my previous work done. I'm going to mention it is hard to find someone confident and experienced with this product, she treated my chin and my lips. I woke up the next day with astounding results. I am left with my own lips and my own chin back again!! Love the staff & results speak for themselves.
