When I contacted Vicky, I was in a period of transition. I knew what I should do but I was blocked. I didn't feel ready to challenge my life. I used to procrastinate everything and had not much self-confidence. I took the Dreambuilder course and had a one hour coaching session per week during 3 months with Vicky. I really liked the content of the audio course because it reminded me some keys to keep a good mindset. Yet I still couldn't figure out where I wanted to go in my life. And that's where the sessions with Vicky had a real plus value. Vicky is a generous and inspiring person, a talented coach. All along the process she guided me with patience and optimism. She shared her own experience, which helped me a lot. Little by little she helped me to take away the anxiety and to be more compassionate with myself. She also gave me a few useful recommendations that changed my daily life. Now I take actions. I trust the process and I am open to every possibilities. I can say that I became a better version of myself, thanks to this coaching. And I can still go back to the key points of the course when needed.

It all began in Sept 2018, when a number of life events occurred that had a huge impact on my life. I reached out to Vicky during this time, for focus and to create a path forward to not only rebuild my life, but also myself. The Dream Builder course was excellent. It really got under the skin of where I was, who I am and where I wanted to get too. Each week we'd do remote sessions between the UK and New Zealand, working through programme and discussing what this meant and the next steps. Since ending the course, I've made huge steps forward in chasing my dream and have updates with Vicky on the learnings and next steps. I couldn't recommend Vicky or this course higher.
