WHAT WE DO Worksafe Reps is a not-for-profit trust, operating across New Zealand that provides health and safety training for health and safety representatives (HSRs), managers and workers. We build the skills and knowledge for managers and workers to work together and solve health and safety issues in the workplace. Our focus is on effective communication and relationships to address issues from a wide range of perspectives. Most importantly by those closest to the issue – the workers and their direct supervisor / manager. We provide consistent training across the entire country either face to face or online, or a combination of the two if preferred. We can also tailor workshops to meet the specific needs of your organisation or industry group. Our trainers are assessors in unit standard 29315 (the NZ unit standard for the training of health and safety representatives). Assessment takes place in the face-to-face Initial HSR workshop or via the online training module.
