I have been seeing Jay for I think almost a year maybe more and I regret not coming to her sooner! I have been getting laser hair removal and was really concerned about pigmentation as I have brown skin, Jay put my mind at ease and has made this process an absolute breeze. The results have been amazing. I have also started micro needling on my face with her as well as using products that she recommended for my face and again I have had great results. My skin is the best it has ever been. Jay knows her stuff, she is super helpful and truely cares about her clients. I would happily recommend her to friends and family.

Just want to give an update regarding my experience. So last time I went here to inquire about microneedling and Jay explained everything including the product that will be used to prep the skin prior to procedure. Unfortunately my skin had a bad reaction from the three products that was recommended despite the trial that we did on the clinic. It happened that it was just not meant for my skin. After awhile, Jay, managed to reach out and asked me to bring the products back so she can return it to supplier and made a refund. I appreciate the effort taken here. Hopefully when my skin is ready can try some other scar removal.

I highly recommend Your Skin and Laser Clinic. Jay is great! She is professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. The room is really well set up and welcoming. Her laser machine is high tech with a cooling end, which cools the skin during the treatment so feels less painful. If you want a clinic that makes you feel pampered I would highly recommend Your Skin and Laser Clinic.
