Brought a beautiful mirage Oct 31st 2020 . Staff at westcity are the most awesome people. Treated me like i was the most important person on the planet. LOVE LOVE LOVE my wee car, she is amazing. Had my first service done and the service team are just as great as the sales team. Going the extra mile so that I could pick my car up after they closed by dropping it off at the sales yard. Was disappointed with our 45000km warranty service for our car today. we were quoted a price and was told it shouldnt cost that much as its only done 28407km it was a standard D service and wof. when I pick the car up the price was almost a one hundred dollars more than we were quoted. I questioned the quoted and they adjusted the price by 20. I dropped the car off at 7:30am and returned to pick it up just after 3pm they said they were waiting for the car to be cleaned would I like to wait, the car had been there for 7 hours, i opted out as I couldn't wait. I got to my car and it still had the mechanics plastic on the drivers seat and paper on the floor. Very disappointing after the price we had to pay
