Declined. Yet i had all the paperwork. I then spoke to customer support that assured me. No worries. 24 hours and you can send. Yet still no go. I spoke again to support today. The guy i spoke to was condescending, arrogant, and had no interest in my enquiry. Then just hung up on me. His words were "contact your bank. Then hung up. Disgraceful.

There was nothing complicated about your 2 customers waiting. I was able to stand to the side of your counter with plenty of room instead of you forcing me to go and stand by the fridge freezer units. Such a pathetic excuse for your actions.
