I loved the atmosphere of Pagani - NorthWest! The employees were very helpful and kind while I was browsing for a new dresses and accessories. The attitude of the employees and the overall environment of the shop really made my experience more positive and fun. The customer service I received was phenomenal and I will definitely be returning to this store more often!

Amazing customer service today at Pagani Norwest staff. Louisa the stylist was so accommodating and gave me some great tips on styling and was full of ideas. Will be going back there again.

Absolutely poor customer service. The manager in store doesn't know how to handle customer complaint.!!! I'm very disappointed to see her customer service skill.the product was faulty and never admit that it's a faulty product.I was a regular customer. Never ever going back again.

Got the best customer service from the lady that was working there. I have a work do dinner tomorrow and needed an outfit. This lady helped me with my dress and went out of her way to help me with jewellery too. Thank you heaps ️

I don't like shopping online! but ended up doing so after the poor service I received! You cant get internet service inside so when you use Layby you have to run outside the shop everytime to try get service... after my third attempt I waited so long for her to send the text I went back to find her serving other customers not cool!!!!!
