1. Never answers their main phone, rang 8 times throughout the day and no answer, same goes with the day after that, I had to contact the main asb branch to email them and then they contacted me regarding my missing money as I live rurally. 2. Their deposit machine swallowed 970 of my money and I still haven’t received 700 and that was over a week ago. If I was a really poor person my daughter would be starving.
