I contacted Barry Cutfield as required an engineers report for the Council on an existing retaining wall. He said that he would look at the job and do it in February, a 3-4 month wait, and as I was overseas at the time I accepted his word that he would take this job on. So I put all work on hold until February, he came and took a look and said that he would get back to me. Did not. I made several phone calls and visited his home where he works from, but never anyone there to answer the door. If a trades person doesn't want to take on a job, would be professional to say. Very disappointing and would not recommend.
