I cant rate this business highly enough. The service from start to finish exceeded my expectations and they all went above and beyond to get the job done. Estelle took all my calls and gave me fantastic advice, gently. Sometimes her recommendations were different to what we thought we wanted, however she was able to look at the bigger picture for us. After taking samples home and thinking about it - we went with every single one of her recommendations. I have only just learnt that she actually works part time! It was a complicated and difficult job and the problem solving and quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Every single person gave me their contact details and were happy to have discussions about what we wanted and how they could make it work. We are very lucky to have a business that works to such high standards and treats their customers so well.
