The surviving bookshop in Whakatane after Whitcoulls shut up shop. Staff are super helpful & friendly. They have deals on books, etc out the front by the door and a decent array of fiction & non-fiction book with separate sections for kids and teens books. They have an array of cards and gift 'stuff' as well as kids toys, games and a selection of lego. A decently stocked stationary section with school books and home/office supplies as well as a few electronic jobbies (USB chargers, headphones & the like). The usual magazine rack by the till.

Great place to buy your new books or pencils. They also have a great assortment of games, Lego and puzzles.
Have bought my favourite books here. Stationary selection is very good. They have something for EVERYONE!!! Gifts, books- all ages and genres, Lotto, stationary, magazines, newspapers, postage and souvenirs! Always good to pop into and have a look every now and again. Staff are very nice, and willing to help.
