Arron & his team went out of their way, were super efficient, flexible, courteous, hassle free & left the place super clean once they'd finished installing the unit. Have used these guys twice to put in aircon units. The last one was on very short notice and they got it installed and done within 3 days. Very tidy installers I might also add ... left no mess behind for us to clean up.

Pleasantly surprised for qualifying to the "warmer homes" subsidy scheme, I was particularly impressed with the accuracy of the installation of the heat pump in a place that was not the easiest to have access to. Easy to deal with and very open to discuss the best solution possible for the best outcome. Very satisfied with the overall service. Highly recommended.

What a great team. They contacted us as soon as we requested a quote for a heat pump, and they had the quote to us the same day the assessor came to look at our house. The guys who installed were on time, quick and professional and made a beautiful job of the installation. In all, a seamless customer service. I will happily recommend Air Master to anyone.
