There's a difference between selling and informing. Ella was brilliant. She gave us all the information with our circumstances needs and budget in mind. So friendly and speaks from experience not a just text book or sales point. She even shared our excitement! Very happy with the sale and she even threw in free wax!

Unfortunately experienced a very judgemental and unwelcoming visit. Shopping for clothes and taking an interest in long boards I noticed the older guy managing the store wasn’t interested in helping, stood behind my partner watching with his arms folded rather than asking if he needed assistance with longboards. When heading to the changing rooms I was intercepted and asked for the hangers off my clothes... leaving nowhere to comfortably hang clothes up. While trying on clothes the banter between the older guy and the younger shop assistant was judgemental mentioning “the surfers will hang around the boards tomorrow and try and be heroes” because the swell was 3 meters. Trying to support local but felt rushed through this store. Left and walked around the other surf stores and spent my money. Don’t want to support people who aren’t willing to take an interest!
Awesome service, staff are so lovely! Ella even gave my kids some tips on how to use their new board. Super happy with our purchase

Very overpriced! Just cross the road and pay 50% less for the same item at Saltwater Surfboards shop - they are selling the same range and brands. For example: SexWax here was 10 were in Saltwater Surfboards shop is 7.5!! Same difference across for jandals.
Typical surf shop good range, has boards and gear not just cloths, price is your normal branded merchandise prices.
