Won't deliver a parcel claimed it was to big,yet their Auckland counterparts picked it up from a company who sends out alot of freight. Second time this has happened to us . Not impressed
terrible, no one knocked on the door when i was home. they left a ticket and when called them and they said they would redeliver they never did, the lady i spoke to was very nice other then that disappointed
Sent a parcel to the UK 6 days before Christmas and it amazingly arrived on Christmas eve! Job well done!
