The best doors I have ever owned. Great people to deal with and always ready to help out. They work through re-sellers but if you have a technical question, or just need peace of mind, give them a call they are just so helpful. The quality of my Duramax door is truly one to be proud of. It has been installed for 2 1/2 years, and looks as good as the day it was installed. Every one asks about it because it looks so smart. I would recommend Parkwood Doors every time.
Not recommended as their service for the warranty is pathetic I have a bad experience no response when I called after 7 months they asked for the picture then this what they replied:” We have reviewed this but can't find an issue with the flush bolt”...lol there dealer/installer said flush lock needs to be changed as a mechanism has failed now Parkwood saying they can't find any problem by reviewing the picture instead of looking physically. Thanks for for the great service

We had an issue with a bow in the door. Mike came out and tried fixing it. After this didn't work the door was replaced with an aluminium item in the correct colour. All taken care off very efficiently.
