Do not recommend using this florist ever. Booked via Internet the day before for guaranteed next day delivery. Not only did it not get delivered they rang the recipient to advise that delivery would be another day later ruining the surprise. Blamed it all on the Internet company which isn't taking responsiblity for them not having flowers. Why guarantee delivery of the promise cannot be fulfilled. When I rang to clarify got a very stroppy and unhelpful response and said they would cancel the order. I should have taken more notice of the poor reviews. I can highly recommend The Flower Room, they were very professional.
Excellent job, flowers were a gift, let them know what I was after and Alison''s Flower did it to a T and then some .. the weaved mat / cover was awesome .. thanks

Booked flowers for Mothers Day to be sent to Mum on Sunday 8th of May 2016 and she didn't receive them until the Tuesday! The bouquet she received was pitiful, and looked like leftover and cheap flowers with broken and missing petals. Extremely disappointed as it took me ages to find a florist which would allow a Sunday/Mothers day delivery. When I phoned to track the flowers I was offered no apology, discount or refund, instead I was told they had "run out of flowers on the Saturday afternoon" and blamed the online agent which was Petals. Mum has also said her neighbour received flowers last year for her birthday and these were awful as well as old and dying!! DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!!!
Booked a delivery Via the interwebs, saturday 13th 4:15pm for delivery Sunday 14th 9am. Company called back at 10am Sunday 14th to say they could not do the delivery and they would refund the card used... We had previously tried to call the company on tthe saturday to organise the delivery for a Guest at Our Motel, Which is just up the road from Alisons, with no result which was odd as was within business hours.. After sorting all the details out online and Receiving a CONFIRMATION of the delivery via email,( stating that if the order could not be met a equivalent order would be put through ), also that same day delivery would depend on Orders made prior to 10am day of delivery , we made this a day before hand... utterly disappointed and embarrassed for our Guest on site who was looking forward to this after we spent 3/4 hour working on it upon his check in. Never USE THESE Guys totally unprofessional.
