Vivo, you get a 1 star today. Only because I can't rate you any lower! I'm a busy mum and have to really shuffle things around for a little pamper time at the salon. Booked my appointment a month ago online with Vivo Whanganui. I received the confirmation email that my appointment was successfully booked. Showed up at the salon for my well deserved hair pampering only to hear "sorry but something went wrong on our system, the appointment was never booked in our dairies". They didn't even offer a solution! Shame on you Vivo! This isn't the first time I have had appointment issues with Vivo Whanganui.

I visited Vivo Whanganui on two seperate occasions December 2020. My first appointment was a cut and colour by Juanita and my second was a microdermabrasion from Kaz (Arohamai if I spelt both names wrong.) I love the atmosphere and these ladies are very vibrant and professional. Thanks team.
My daughter enjoyed having her hair cut from liza. Liza listened to what sophie wanted and made her feel about her trim. :) Sophie is keen to go back in a few weeks for another trim and might even change her hairstyle :) Thanks Liza
