I did a Clean, scale and polish as mentioned in your website and was not fully happy. The staff was more concentrated on making me come back there. No full cleaning done for upper layer teeth and she claimed cannot do full clean until you pay more and come back. That is so bad. But infrastructure is amazing.

Best dental office in town! I've been going for over a year now and have found the office to be very friendly and professional. I recently went to Jeff about migraine headaches and he was able to diagnose my jaw problem as a result of a narrow top arch (which ironically was made worse by previous ortho I had several years ago elsewhere). I am currently having ortho done to correct my jaw and very much looking forward to finally resolving my jaw and headache issues! Grateful for Jeff's high level of expertise and the positive experiences I have there.

The service is outstanding. We have been to 3 other dentists in Whangarei, and this cleaning was MUCH more thurough. Larisa was my hygienist and she was amazing! I'd highly recommend this place.

I am from the USA currently visiting NZ on our sailboat in the Bay of Islands. Before I left the states in Feb of this year, I was told by my dentist in Dallas that I would need gum surgery to correct numerous deep pockets. I was fortunate to find Wendy at Kowhai Dental - she performed deep cleaning and then 3 months later a perioscopy treatment. All my gums are now normal without surgery! Best dental service I have ever received!

Kowhai Dental are great, very customer focused and kind people. Teuila is an excellent OHT - I enjoyed my recent visit because she took care to make me feel comfortable and give me useful advice for home care and future visits. Visiting the dentist becomes something you want to do, not just a 'have to do', with people like Teuila. Keep up the good work team :)

After treatments at my previous dentist that cost me in pain and money, then a 'specialist' that wanted almost 8k for a procedure that was not guaranteed to work - TO START WITH - I found Wendy at Kowhai who not only explained to me about Perioscopy, but now that she has completed it, I am seeing immediate results! Finding someone who actually has your best interest at heart is so refreshing. Thank you Wendy & Team!
